Meet Hans.



Get to know him a little here....


✨When did you start practicing yoga?

I first sat, rather nervously, on yoga mat about 20 years ago.   

✨Why do you practice yoga?

I practice yoga to maintain the harmony between my mind, body and spirit.

✨What is your favourite pose?

My favourite posture is  trikonasana, half moon pose. It’s harder to get right than many think!

✨How do you feel after class?

 As I watch my students in the serenity of their savasana, I always fee fulfilled that I have helped them find that peaceful place.

✨Why did you train to be a teacher?

I trained as a teacher primarily to deepen my own yoga knowledge but now it is being able to pass on that knowledge to others that gives me the greatest satisfaction.

✨Do you have any advice someone who wants to try yoga for the first time?

It is never too late to start practicing yoga! There are virtually no pre requisites and there are classes that suit every ability. You have everything to gain and only stress, anxiety, stiffness and aches and pains to lose!
