Vinyasa Balance Workshop with Terri Anne
Saturday 17th May
11am - 1pm

This workshop will focus on various balancing poses, including seated, standing and inversion balances, and is suitable for everyone.
We will learn how to engage the correct muscles and align ourselves in a way that helps us to balance easier. We will also be learning to find our drishti (a point to focus on) and breathe. Learning to focus and breathe rather than worrying about the balance brings ease and calmness to the pose.
There are so many benefits to improving your balance, such as enhanced stability, reduced fall risk, improved coordination and increased confidence.
If you would like to improve your balance and enhance your yoga practice, this workshop is perfect for you.
Monthly Yoga Community Walks

We LOVE our Yoga community and we love the time we spend together. Quite frankly we want a little more of it! That’s why weve decided to organise a Yoga Community Walk! If it all goes to plan and the community want it, we will make it a regular thing.
Having a community of like minded people is so important for our mental health, it helps us to feel supported and seen in a container outside of our nearest and dearest.
I think I can speak for 99% of our yogis when I say we all love nature so lets combine getting out in the fresh air, moving our bodies and having a general natter about life with our people?
Everyones welcome, bring whoever you like, (people and animals). If we fancy refreshments after we can gather at a local coffee shop.
Meeting outside the studio
10.45am
